CapSolution provides an API service for solving Cloudflare Turnstile captcha challenges. Our service is intended for legitimate automation, testing, and development purposes.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity
• Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or to facilitate illegal conduct
• Circumventing security measures for malicious purposes
• Attacking, scraping, or harming third-party services without authorization
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications

5. Pricing and Payment

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are deducted only for successful captcha solves
• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice
• Payments are processed securely via cryptocurrency
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to CapSolution remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAPSOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or service announcement.
