Pay Per Use

Only charged for successful solves

24hr Window

Request within 24 hours of purchase

Easy Process

Simple email request process

Eligible for Refund

  • Service outage lasting more than 24 hours
  • Credits purchased by mistake (within 24 hours)
  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical issues preventing service use

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Used credits (already consumed)
  • Account suspension due to ToS violation
  • Change of mind after using service
  • Third-party issues (your server, network)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at billing@capsolution.xyz with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and the transaction ID (found in your billing history)
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Wait for review - we'll respond within 2 business days

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, we'll credit your account with equivalent credits or arrange an alternative refund method.

Failed Captcha Solves

We only charge for successful solves. If a captcha fails to solve, you are not charged. If you believe you were charged incorrectly for a failed solve, please contact us with the task ID and we'll investigate immediately.
